This Student Work Public Use Release ("Release") is entered into by the student named above ("Student," "I," "me," or "my") for the benefit of Primitive Recordings LLC, Primitive Pictures, Next Door Vegas, and their respective owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, instructors, staff, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized media partners.
1. STUDENT OWNERSHIP
I retain ownership of my original student project, footage, photos, edit, audio, graphics, script, or other creative work identified above ("Student Work"), except for any third-party material or material owned by Primitive Recordings LLC, Primitive Pictures, Next Door Vegas, or others.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
I grant Primitive Recordings LLC, Primitive Pictures, and Next Door Vegas a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, post, distribute, stream, broadcast, advertise, promote, and otherwise exploit the Student Work, in whole or in part, in connection with Camera Basics for Cavemen workshops, student showcases, class recaps, educational examples, websites, social media posts, advertisements, product pages, course materials, promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, Primitive Recordings LLC marketing, Primitive Pictures marketing, and Next Door Vegas marketing.
3. PERMISSION TO IDENTIFY STUDENT
I grant permission to use my name, social media handle, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information in connection with the Student Work, unless I write "DO NOT USE MY NAME" here:

4. REPRESENTATIONS
I represent and warrant that:
a. I created or have permission to submit the Student Work;
b. I have the right to grant this license;
c. the Student Work does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
d. I have obtained permission from any recognizable people appearing in the Student Work, or I will notify Primitive Recordings LLC in writing if any such permission has not been obtained;
e. I will not submit anything that I know to be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or unauthorized.
5. NO COMPENSATION OR APPROVAL RIGHTS
I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, residuals, approval rights, ownership rights, or additional notice for use of the Student Work unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
6. EDITING
I understand that the Student Work may be edited, shortened, cropped, color-corrected, captioned, combined with other footage, placed with music, used with graphics, or otherwise modified, provided that the use is not intentionally false or defamatory.
7. RELEASE OF CLAIMS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Primitive Recordings LLC, Primitive Pictures, Next Door Vegas, and their respective owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, instructors, staff, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized media partners from any claims arising out of or related to the authorized use of the Student Work under this Release.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute shall be brought in Clark County, Nevada, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
