ON-CAMERA DEMONSTRATION AND MEDIA RELEASE

This On-Camera Demonstration and Media Release ("Release") is entered into by the participant named above ("Participant," "I," "me," or "my") for the benefit of Primitive Recordings LLC, Primitive Pictures, Next Door Vegas, and their respective owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, instructors, staff, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized media partners.
1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
I voluntarily agree to appear as an on-camera, on-microphone, photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise featured participant in connection with a Camera Basics for Cavemen workshop, demonstration, testimonial, recap, class recording, promotional video, social media post, product page, advertisement, or related media project.
My participation may include, but is not limited to, appearing in lighting demonstrations, focus demonstrations, framing demonstrations, green screen demonstrations, audio demonstrations, interview demonstrations, student participation examples, before/after examples, testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, or related workshop media.
2. GRANT OF RIGHTS
I grant Primitive Recordings LLC, Primitive Pictures, and Next Door Vegas the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable right to photograph, film, record, edit, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, stream, broadcast, advertise, promote, sell, license, and otherwise use my name, voice, image, likeness, appearance, statements, performance, participation, and recorded presence in any media now known or later developed.
3. PERMITTED USES
The permitted uses include, but are not limited to workshop recordings, course materials, recap videos, social media posts, advertisements, websites, product pages, educational content, behind-the-scenes content, promotional reels, testimonials, internal training, future Camera Basics for Cavemen promotions, Primitive Recordings LLC marketing, Primitive Pictures marketing, and Next Door Vegas marketing.
4. NO COMPENSATION OR APPROVAL RIGHTS
I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, residuals, approval rights, ownership rights, or additional notice for the use of the recorded materials.
5. EDITING
I understand that the recorded materials may be edited, cropped, shortened, color-corrected, combined with other footage, captioned, subtitled, placed with music, used with graphics, or otherwise modified, provided that the use is not intentionally false or defamatory.
6. RELEASE OF CLAIMS
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Primitive Recordings LLC, Primitive Pictures, Next Door Vegas, and their respective owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, instructors, staff, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized media partners from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of the recorded materials, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation, copyright in my appearance or performance, defamation, false light, emotional distress, compensation, royalties, or approval rights.
7. AUTHORITY
I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and have the full legal right to sign this Release. If Participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign below.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute shall be brought in Clark County, Nevada, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
